In my opinion, MYOB Accounting software is 1) easy to use 2) has powerful features 3) can be easily understood by everybody.
Best of all, you don't have to be an accountant to run MYOB.
In any business, you need to 1) send a purchase order 2) prepare a quote, delivery order and invoice to your customer 3) make payment to your supplier, including printing payment voucher and cheques 4) record payment from your customer, including printing official receipts
Well, you do the same 4 things in MYOB software, and after you click the record button, you can go ahead and print your documents and accounts - Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, customer aging, bank balance and any other reports that you need to run your business.
How different is it from Tally. I am a Tally operator & want to understand the feasibility as well as difficulties one can encounter while switching from Tally to MYOB. Thank you.
